1 Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StreakoAI's website, products, and services, including StreakoWats and StreakoMed (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Services on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2 Using our services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes and to communicate with your clients, subject to these Terms and any plan limits shown at signup. We may update, add to, or remove features of the Services from time to time.

3 Accounts & WhatsApp Business connection

Certain Services connect to your WhatsApp Business account through Meta's platform. You're responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details, keeping your login credentials secure, and complying with Meta's own terms and WhatsApp Business policies alongside ours.

• You must have the right to connect the WhatsApp Business number you provide to us.
• You're responsible for the content of documents and templates you upload for use by the Services.
• We may suspend a connection that we reasonably believe violates Meta's policies.

4 Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. Conversation and team-number limits are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive messages, to violate any person's privacy, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the Services without our written permission.

6 Intellectual property

StreakoAI retains all rights to the Services, including our software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the documents, records, and content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Services to you.

7 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and you're responsible for reviewing anything client-facing or business-critical before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreakoAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

8 Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially breached, with notice where practical.

9 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
