1 Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how StreakoAI, a product of Streak Monkey ("StreakoAI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit streakoai.com, use our products such as StreakoBot, or interact with a StreakoBot widget embedded on one of our customers' websites. It applies to prospective customers, customers, and end visitors who interact with our Services. If you're an end visitor chatting with a StreakoBot widget on a third-party website, that website owner is also responsible for their own privacy practices — this policy covers what StreakoAI itself does with the information involved.

2 Information we collect

We collect information in a few different ways:

• Information you give us directly — such as your name, company, email address, and phone number when you fill out our contact form, request a demo, or sign up for a Service.
• Account and billing information — such as company details and payment information (processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers ourselves) once you're a paying customer.
• Customer Content — knowledge base documents, configuration settings, and conversation transcripts you or your website visitors submit through a StreakoAI product like StreakoBot.
• Usage & device information — such as pages visited, conversation volume, browser type, and general device information, collected automatically when you use our website or Services.

3 How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including generating AI responses;
• Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form and provide customer support;
• Process subscriptions, send billing communications, and manage accounts;
• Monitor and improve the accuracy, safety, and performance of our AI products;
• Send product updates or marketing communications where you've agreed to receive them (you can opt out at any time); and
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

4 AI processing & knowledge base content

Products like StreakoBot work by matching visitor questions against a knowledge base a customer configures, and generating a response using AI models. Conversation content and knowledge base documents are processed to generate and improve responses for that customer, are treated as that customer's business data, and are not shared with or made visible to other customers. Where a Service integrates with a third-party messaging platform (for example, WhatsApp Business via Meta), message content sent through that channel is processed the same way and is also subject to that platform's own terms and privacy practices, which apply alongside this policy.

5 Cookies & similar technologies

Our website and widgets may use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how our site is used, and measure the performance of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site or a StreakoBot widget function.

6 How we share information

We don't sell personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Services, such as our hosting and infrastructure providers, our AI model providers, our payment processor, and (where relevant) Meta for WhatsApp Business connectivity — each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
• Professional advisors, such as legal or accounting advisors, where necessary;
• Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or a substantially similar one; and
• Authorities, where we're required to disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of our users.

7 Data retention

We retain account, conversation, and Customer Content data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. You can request earlier deletion as described below.

8 Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9 Your rights & choices

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the details below; we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

10 International data transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take reasonable steps to make sure it receives an adequate level of protection, including through contractual safeguards with our service providers where required by applicable law.

11 Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll take appropriate steps to delete it.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where a change is material, we'll take reasonable steps to let active customers know directly.
